Salads
Spinach Salad- Baby spinach topped with mushrooms, shredded beets and a creamy raspberry and beet dressing.
Greek Salad- Iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, goat cheese, kalamata olives, with an oregano dressing.
Southern Salad- Mandarins, mango, avocado and almonds with mixed leaves served with a light salad dressing.
Warm Scallop Salad- Fresh local Scallops lightly cooked in a white wine, with red onions and fresh tomatoes, topped with a hot, balsamic vinaigrette and arranged atop a bed of spinach.
Garden Salad- Mixed greens with green peppers, tomatoes, onions, fresh mushrooms, radishes, and shredded carrots with your choice of salad dressing.
Soups
Soup du Jour- Fresh Specialty Soup of the day. Examples (Butternut Squash, Sweet Potatoe, French Onion prepared with Port Wine, etc.)
Newfoundland Split Pea Soup- Fresh yellow split pea soup traditionally prepared with salt beef and local root vegetables.
Seafood Chowder- A light cream based fish chowder prepared with fresh Atlantic salmon and Northern Cod. No Shellfish!

Tiger Shrimp- Lightly grilled local tiger shrimp in cracked peppercorns, fresh ginger root and fresh garlic.
Calamari- Local squid rings, delicately pan fried in extra virgin olive oil and fresh mint, chili sauce, capers and limejuice.
Bruschetta- Freshly baked French bread topped with sautéed fresh tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, basil, garlic and mozzarella feta cheese extra
Pizza- Onions, Garlic, Italian Sausage, Sun Dried Tomatoes, feta Cheese and the chefs' special tomato sauce on a Greek Pita bread.

Newfoundland Style Pan Fried Cod- Traditionally prepared, served with pork scrunchions.
Salmon- Fresh Ocean Atlantic Salmon fillet, grilled in a honey glaze sauce.
Labrador Caribou Tenderloin- Grilled, Labrador caribou tenderloin, marinated in fine herbs with a red wine glaze.
Chicken- Grilled breast of chicken. Chef tends to change chicken recipe, please ask server for details.
Spaghetti- Prepared with fresh herbs and garlic. Vegetarian or Bolognese Add for Italian Sausage
Fresh Local Lobster- Steamed in wine and garlic. Come with the chef to the wharf to pick your own.
